the products that arrived were different than the one ordered, i dtried contacting support, and they onpenly lied abput the nature of the product. It looks as though the nature of the company changed, as i never had an issue in the years prior.

I was a little skeptical of the product but it actually works within a relatively short time! Reduced a ton of grey already in less than three weeks. It was working so fast I actually reduced the frequency of use.
After being a customer for over three years, and absolutely loved their product, Beeline Honey for grey coverage. My last purchase of Beeline Honey however turned my hair bright yellow. I tried two of the three bottles I purchased and they both did the same.
I wrote to Mayraki in mid December and they replied fairly promptly saying their lab would look into it. I’m haven’t had anything other than marketing material since and it’s 10th Jan.
I hope they will reply soon, and the delay is due to Xmas holiday period. 🤞
I would give this negative stars if it was possible. The product is absolutely brutal and turned my grey hair an unnatural shade of orange instead of brown. It was so bad I had to completely shave my head. Worse than that was that the company would not even provide me with a refund when I explained that their product had turned my hair orange and even sent them pictures of my shaven bald head! It was an embarrassment over the holidays and the company didn't seem to care. They asked me for evidence that it didn't work and ultimately blamed me saying I had misused the product., even after I showed them the pictures of my shaven head. I strongly recommend not buying this product unless you want an unnatural hair color or want to be forced to shave your head bald for the holidays!!
I had a terrible headache after a few minutes since putting it on my scalp. I washed it after about 15 minutes on my scalp and The headache lasted for the entire day. the color didn't stay also, poor coverage of my gray hair.

Kind of soften my hair
I have used the serum 2-3 x daily religiously. At first I thought it was thickening a little then I seemed to have significant loss. I am improving slightly again. I have faith in the product maybe it will take more time for me.
